About the Grant

This funding program supports the creation, recording and promotion of new and original contemporary music.

Funding up to $30,000 can support:

Applicants must provide a cash co-contribution of at least 30% of the overall project budget.

Key dates:

Applications Open: 20 August 2026
Applications Close: 21 September 2026 at 2pm
Activity Dates: The project cannot start before 7 December 2026 and must be completed by 31 March 2028.
