All-Ages Live Music Programming - 2026/27

This funding program supports music businesses and industry professionals to deliver all-ages contemporary music events that build new audiences and include the participation of young people.

Funding up to $100,000 can support costs for presenting an all-ages music series (minimum four events) relating to:

• artist fees
• consultation fees for young people
• project management fees for the design and delivery of the events including the appointment of a youth partner (organisation, collectives or promoter)
• costs towards mentorship, training, or youth participation in event programming and production
• production costs to deliver the all-ages events
• salaries, wages and fees for staff and industry professionals involved with the delivery of the events
• travel and accommodation costs
• targeted marketing campaigns engaging young audiences
• development of audience data and reporting systems for evaluation
• program administrative costs – compliance documentation, post event reporting.

Key dates:

• Applications Open: 28 September 2026
• Applications Close: 9 November 2026 at 2pm
• Activity Dates: The project cannot start before 1 February 2027 and must be completed by 28 February 2028.
